Amazon Spider Arch

A creepy spider arch installed at Amazon, Stoke. Made using an Aeropole system and I 'balloon shined' just the spiders so they had extra nasty look. Amazon were keen on health and safety so I had to wear steel toe capped boots, Hi Viz and supply the usual risk assessment.

The spiders were made with 1 x 11" Black, 1 x 16" Black and 8 Black 260q's for the legs. I overinflated each balloon and the deflated slightly to make them soft and strong. To connect them to the arch I twisted the feet together which gave a really solid connection (no way I would use glue dots or tape for something that needs to last 3 days).

As this was positioned inside the Amazon warehouse it lasted no problem. A few of the staff were actually scared of the balloon spiders and when dismantling this Amazon spider arch I was asked to leave the spiders behind rather than burst them. I imagine they were going to appear on a locker or coat hanger. I guess some people just don't like spiders.

"Hi David,

Thank you so much
Kind regards,
Emma
